Every Christmas, I get excited about baking cookies, particularly these Holiday Butter Cookies, to give out to friends and family (and of course to eat some myself). Year after year, I turn to this recipe and make batches of cutout snowflakes, stars, candy canes, and all sorts of other seasonal shapes. With the holiday season upon us, I’m loving the endless Christmas music and beautiful lights strung up all around me. But what I am really loving is this long vacation that I have because I can bake like crazy and more time is a rare luxury during this time of the year!
