Every Christmas, I get excited about baking cookies, particularly these Holiday Butter Cookies, to give out to friends and family (and of course to eat some myself). Year after year, I turn to this recipe and make batches of cutout snowflakes, stars, candy canes, and all sorts of other seasonal shapes. Black & White Spiral Sablés

With the holiday season upon us, I’m loving the endless Christmas music and beautiful lights strung up all around me. But what I am really loving is this long vacation that I have because I can bake like crazy and more time is a rare luxury during this time of the year!
